Freelance Backend Developer (Agentic Workflows + Conversational AI)

I'm looking for a freelancer with strong backend development skills and hands-on experience with agentic tools to help bring an AI-powered platform to life. ***No Agencies***

You should be confident creating automated workflows using tools like n8n, CrewAI, Relevance AI, and building natural, voice-enabled user experiences using tools like ElevenLabs, PlayHT, or VAPI.

What You'll Be Doing:
- Building and connecting agentic flows using tools like n8n, Relevance AI, CrewAI, etc.
- Writing backend scripts (Node.js or Python) to customize logic where needed
- Integrating with voice/conversational AI APIs (e.g., ElevenLabs, VAPI)
- Collaborating asynchronously on a fast-moving MVP project

Must-Have Skills:
- Strong Node.js or Python experience
- Built workflows using n8n, CrewAI, LangChain, or similar
- Familiar with conversational/voice AI tools (e.g., ElevenLabs, PlayHT, VAPI)
- Confident in building, testing, and deploying agent logic
- Good communicator & comfortable with async collaboration

Bonus if you have:
- Experience working in startups or MVP builds especially in the HRTech space
- Familiarity with frontend frameworks (e.g. React, Next.js)
- Knowledge of prompt engineering or LLM-based agents
