Description
We're looking for a long-term collaborator to help us handle customer support tickets for our SAAS platform. Your main task will be to reply to incoming support requests, provide helpful answers, troubleshoot issues, and escalate when needed.
This is a long-term role, so we're hoping to find someone reliable, proactive, and good with communication. You don’t need to know everything from day one — we’ll provide guidance and documentation.
Familiarity with SAAS products, customer support tools (like Zendesk or Intercom), or technical troubleshooting is a big plus, but not mandatory if you're a fast learner and good with people.
