Responsibilities:
Communicate with clients via telephone, email, and live chat regarding post-sale inquiries that span across several service areas (order status, shipping info, return arrangements)
Listen attentively to questions and concerns and work proactively for a resolution by utilizing backend and service desk tools or rerouting to the appropriate internal team
Maintain operations by following policies and procedures, while also providing and responding to feedback about any aspect of the job or its duties
Maintain a courteous and calm manner at all times to de-escalate stressful situations
Maintain customer confidence and protect operations by keeping information confidential
Requirements:
Available to work 9AM-5:30PM EST, Monday to Friday
Good typing skills (minimum 60 WPM or more)
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Ability to multitask and work well under pressure
Excellent interpersonal and communication (written and verbal) skills
