Description

We are looking for a WA Chatter to handle incoming customer messages and perform basic lead qualification using our WATI system (full access will be provided).

✅ Responsibilities:

    -Respond to customer messages promptly and professionally

    -Ask basic qualifying questions

    -Forward leads to our consultants

    -In some cases, input lead information into an Excel sheet

📅 Working Hours:

    -12:00 PM to 12:00 AM (12 hours daily)

    -7 days a week (Monday to Sunday)

    -Fast response times are extremely important to us

Additional Opportunity (Optional):
We are also looking for a response writer for Email, IG, TT, FB. This person will:

    -Reply to customer inquiries

    -Ask for personal details (e.g., name, contact   information, area of interest)

    -Organize leads in an Excel list
