Data Analyst

We are looking for a highly skilled Data Analyst with 3–5+ years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analysis and insights generation, especially within the lead generation industry.

*Responsibilities:*
Analyze and interpret complex datasets to drive business decisions and performance improvements
Track and report key performance metrics
Create dashboards and visualizations to present findings
Collaborate with marketing, sales, and operations teams to optimize lead flows and conversions
Identify trends, patterns, and opportunities to improve lead quality and campaign performance

*Requirements:*
3–5+ years of proven experience as a Data Analyst
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets and data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, etc.)
Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities

*Preferred (Not Required):*
Experience in the lead generation industry
Familiarity with platforms like Ringba, Leadspedia, Boberdoo, or Phonexa
Basic understanding of performance marketing metrics (CTR, CPL, CPA, ROI)
