Description

Needs to hire 2 Freelancers

We’re looking for a highly organised and technically fluent Technical Project Manager to join our team. This role bridges the gap between our clients and internal product, engineering, and QA teams. You’ll lead the charge on delivery ensuring we ship high-quality work on time, every time.
This is a client-facing role but your core strength lies in technical project execution, not customer support.

What You’ll Do
- Serve as the primary point of contact for technical delivery on client projects
- Lead Zoom/Meet calls with clients and internal teams to gather project requirements and set clear expectations
- Translate client needs into scoped, prioritized tasks for dev, QA, and product teams
- Track progress across sprints, manage risks, and flag potential blockers early
- Collaborate closely with QA to ensure thorough testing and quality assurance
- Ensure delivery timelines are met without sacrificing quality or clarity
- Keep documentation, updates, and status trackers up to date across tools like Linear, Notion, and Slack
- Build client trust by consistently delivering what was promised, on schedule

What You’ll Bring
- Native-level English communication skills (spoken and written)
- Proven experience in technical delivery, project management, or engineering coordination
- Strong attention to detail - you proactively catch gaps or issues others might miss
- Confident leading Zoom calls with multiple stakeholders
- Tech-savvy - you’re comfortable managing tools and workflows across multiple platforms
- Experience working with QA teams and understanding test cycles (Expedite experience is a strong plus)
- Ability to juggle multiple priorities and projects with clarity and precision
- Understanding of engineering terminology and software development processes
- Bonus: Ability to read or write basic code (you don’t need to build things, just understand how they work)

Nice to Have
- Experience with cross-functional teams including product, design, QA, and development
- Familiarity with modern tools like Linear, Notion, Trello, and Slack
- Previous experience working in a fast-paced start-up or agency environment
- A bias toward action and self-direction—you don’t wait to be told what to do

If you thrive in fast-paced environments, know how to lead with clarity, and have a passion for getting things done the right way, we’d love to hear from you.
