Google Ads Specialist for B2B Campaign Management

We are a B2B company looking for a Google Ads Specialist to not only manage our campaigns but also support the growth of our internal marketing team. This role will be instrumental in creating effective Google Ads strategies and fostering knowledge transfer, enabling our team to build their skills in campaign management.

Responsibilities:

- Work closely with our marketing team to develop targeted, results-oriented Google Ads strategies.
- Set up and execute Google Ads campaigns focused on our B2B target segments, together with our marketing team.
- Conduct training sessions and provide guidance on Google Ads fundamentals, campaign setup, and best practices.
- Share insights from keyword research, competitor analysis, and ad copy creation to help our team understand the reasoning behind strategies.
- Offer hands-on support to our team members during campaign launches, monitoring, and optimizations.
- Provide comprehensive performance reports with insights on key metrics and recommendations for improvement.
- Suggest A/B testing methods and optimization strategies to enhance campaign performance and demonstrate these methods to the team.

Requirements:

- Proven experience as a Google Ads Specialist, preferably in B2B settings.
- Proficiency with Google Ads, Google Analytics, and keyword planning tools.
- Strong understanding of conversion tracking.

Preferred:

- Experience in industries such as ERP, cloud solutions, or digital transformation.
